Bilbo and Thorin is a friendship between the two male leads, Bilbo Baggins and his late, very close friend, Thorin Oakenshield featured in The Hobbit trilogy by Peter Jackson. It is first alluded in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

Gandalf briefly mentioned Thorin and Bilbo's friendship by Thorin gifting Bilbo with a mithril coat, unaware that Frodo was wearing it at the time.
This film shows Thorin and Bilbo officially meeting each other, but they don't have a good relationship at first.
